The codification of zoning regulations of the City of Linn Valley, Kansas, as set out in Articles I to XX, all inclusive, and entitled the City of Linn Valley, Kansas Zoning Regulations 2010”, has heretofore been adopted by reference pursuant to K.S.A. 12-3302, and is ordained as the “Zoning Code of the City of Linn Valley, Kansas, 2010”, and said codification shall become effective upon publication of no fewer than 10 copies of said code in book form, at least 3 of which shall be available for review at all times during office hours in the City Hall of the City of Linn Valley.

The zoning regulations and zoning map have subsequently been amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
