A CHARTER ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 2 AS AMENDED AND CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 4 AND NO. 5, INCREASING THE COURT COSTS ASSESSED BY LINN VALLEY MUNICIPAL COURT TO $4.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LINN VALLEY, KANSAS:

SECTION ONE: Charter Ordinance No. 2, as amended by Charter Ordinance No. 4, is hereby amended as follows: The last sentence of Section Two is hereby amended to read in its entirety “Costs shall be in the amount of Forty-six and no/100 Dollars ($46.00) per case and applicable fingerprint fees, plus mileage, subpoena and witness costs for the defense witnesses authorized by statute.”
