A CHARTER ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 2, INCREASING THE COURT COSTS ASSESSED BY LINN VALLEY MUNICIPAL COURT TO $35.00. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LINN VALLEY, KANSAS:

SECTION ONE: Charter Ordinance No. 2, enacted on June 14, 1999, is hereby amended as follows:

       The last sentence of Section Two is hereby amended to read in its entirety “Costs shall be in the amount of Thirty-five and no/100 Dollars ($35.00) per case, plus mileage, subpoena and witness costs for the defense witnesses authorized by statute.”
