ARTICLE 1. TITLES AND JURISDICTION

SECTION 1.1: TITLE.

This Ordinance, including the zoning district map made a part hereof, shall be known and cited and referred to as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Linn Valley, Kansas

SECTION 1.2: JURISDICTION.

The Zoning Ordinance shall apply to all structures and land within the corporate limits of the City of Linn Valley, Kansas.
